Charity of Choice:

  • Victims First

Eric’s journey to the legal profession began with a deeply personal experience. At just four years old, his family faced an unimaginable tragedy when his mother was the victim of a devastating workplace shooting. As his family struggled emotionally and financially, they were met with rejection after rejection from attorneys who labeled the case “too hard” or “unwinnable.” This experience shaped Eric’s belief that no challenge should be dismissed as impossible.

While in law school Eric found his passion in business and real estate, but his family’s experience instilled in him a determination to tackle complex legal matters head-on. Today, Eric applies that same tenacity to his business and real estate clients, seeking deals often deemed “too difficult” or “uncloseable.” He approaches every engagement as a partnership, breaking down complexities, teaching clients what they need to know, and empowering them to make confident, informed decisions.

As a founding partner of Next Era Legal, Eric is redefining the client experience. The team delivers clear communication, efficient processes, and tailored solutions that prioritize the goals of business owners and real estate professionals. Eric’s philosophy is simple: legal services should be a tool for growth, not a barrier. By focusing on clarity, efficiency, and results, he ensures that every client feels supported from start to finish.

For Eric, every deal is more than a transaction—it’s an opportunity to simplify the legal maze, guide clients to success, and close deals that others might walk away from.
