What to Expect
Our Process
Mediation is a voluntary and structured process designed to help parties reach a fair settlement without the need for a lengthy court battle. It allows both sides to present their positions in a confidential setting with the guidance of a neutral third party, the mediator.
- 01
Pre-Mediation Preparation
Attorneys provide case summaries to the mediator, outlining key facts, legal arguments, and settlement considerations.
- 02
Opening Session
The mediator explains the process, establishes ground rules, and allows both parties to present their positions.
- 03
Private Caucuses
Each party meets privately with the mediator to discuss concerns, explore settlement options, and exchange offers confidentially.
- 04
Negotiation & Compromise
The mediator facilitates discussions, helping both sides evaluate risks, explore solutions, and work toward a fair agreement.
