Marcus Foster
Marcus Foster is a fourth-generation Wenatchee resident and the founder of Foster Law, PLLC. A former prosecuting attorney, he brings firsthand insight into how criminal cases are investigated, charged, and handled in court.
Marcus also served as a civil attorney for Chelan County, advising county departments on land use, permitting, development, code enforcement, water rights, and environmental regulations. This experience helps him guide clients through complex property and regulatory matters across North Central Washington.
He has handled matters in District Court, Superior Court, the Washington Court of Appeals, the Washington Supreme Court, and before land use hearing examiners.
Marcus earned his B.A. from the University of Washington’s Jackson School of International Studies and his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the WSBA Environmental and Land Use Law Section.
