Nuccio Patti is a skilled litigation attorney specializing in complex personal injury
cases, leveraging a robust educational background and a commitment to
excellence. Graduating from Southwestern Law School, Nuccio holds a Juris
Doctor degree that serves as the foundation for his legal expertise.
Complementing his legal training, Nuccio earned a Master’s in Business
Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s in Urban
and Regional Planning from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, showcasing his
diverse and comprehensive understanding of legal, business, and land use
disciplines. Nuccio is also a licensed commercial and residential real estate
salesperson for over sixteen years.
 
During his tenure at law school, Nuccio demonstrated his commitment to
excellence by serving as the Chair of the Moot Court Honors Program. This
leadership role underscored his dedication to honing advocacy skills and fostering
a competitive legal environment. Additionally, Nuccio served as a Staff Member for
the esteemed Southwestern Law Review, solidifying his appreciation for legal
scholarship and rigorous analysis.

Nuccio serves as an Associate for the Southwestern chapter of the American’s

Nuccio also proudly serves as on the board of directors of Abbey Road, Inc., a
nonprofit housing developer whose mission is to expand, develop, and preserve
supportive housing opportunities for low-income and homeless youth, families,
and veterans. In his spare time, Nuccio enjoys spending time with his friends and
family, reading and cooking as much as he can, and having an extensive array of
hobbies too numerous to detail.
