Shawn
Founder & Principal
Shawn brings over 25 years of experience in design and construction trades and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kutztown University, also having studied furniture design and craftsmanship at Buckinghamshire New University in England. With his focus on design and craftsmanship, he brings a best construction practices approach to all of our projects, ensuring that all of our client projects are completed using premium products and proper technique, ensuring performance for years to come. Shawn also serves as Operation’s Officer of Studio 4 Showroom, Connor Design-Build’s sister company.

Meg
Executive Administrator
Meg has over 15 years of experience in the building industry and holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from The Pennsylvania State University. Meg is responsible for sales, marketing, and business management for the company. With her education and science background, she brings a unique approach to helping our clients with their projects, one rooted in evaluating options and providing all the information so that our clients can make an educated and best-fit decision. Meg also serves as the Executive Officer of Studio 4 Showroom, Connor Design-Build’s sister company.
