John Kalpakchian is a litigation attorney who represents injured victims in complex
personal injury cases throughout California. Born and raised in Los Angeles, John
graduated with Dean’s List honors from the University of Southern California (USC)
with a degree in Economics. He then pursued his legal education at Southwestern
Law School where he earned various scholarships and awards for his academic
achievements. Upon graduation, John earned a concentration in Civil Litigation and
Advocacy. To obtain this honor, John participated in experiential courses where he
gained the tools and experience necessary to succeed at each stage of litigation
and trial. Outside of the classroom, he served as a legal advocate for
Southwestern’s Children’s Rights Clinic, where he represented children with
disabilities to ensure they receive fair and equitable educational opportunities.
 
John’s practice focuses on wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. He
passionately advocates for the rights of those who have fallen victim to another
party’s negligence. John has successfully guided his clients through all stages of
litigation, dispute resolution, and trial. He prides himself in building trust and
communication with each client to obtain the compensation they deserve. In his
spare time, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exploring the
outdoors, and cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers.
